Guest guest Posted February 15, 2003 Report Share Posted February 15, 2003 Butterkuchen a la Mama Moms Buttercake 250 gramme Sugar 250 gramme Flour 75 gramme Butter 200 gramme light wipped cream (liquid) 3 Teespoon Baking Powder 4 Eggs For the Topping: 50 gramme Sugar 100 gramme planed Almonds 100 gramme chopped Almonds 200 gramme Butter 4 Tablespoon Milk Mix the ingredients for the paste with an electrical mixer mix and put it on a metal baking sheet metal and smooth down Bake it by 350 F in the pre-heated oven for 15 Min. For the Topping: during baking the paste. Melt the butter with the sugar and add the planned and chooped almonds and the milk. After 15 min. baking the half finished paste put them out the oven and add the topping on it with a pste scraper and put the cake again in the oven for further 15.
