Guest guest Posted February 15, 2003 Report Share Posted February 15, 2003 Cheese Creme for Sandwiches 50 grammes Roquefort or or Gorgonzola Cheese 2 Tablespoon curd or farmer´s cheese 1 Pear 1 Teespoon lemonjuice Give the Roquefort or the Gorgonzola Cheese in a plastic bag and put him for a short while under hot water.
