Also- when you make cakes or desserts- you can use one banana as substitute for an egg; the taste will slightly alter but it will be favourable and full of even more flavour. ===== Where is this beauty? I am a member fo several. I just get digests from them right now and have not yet visited the sites to skim thru the recipe files yet, so I cannot vouch for them in that respect. Do you use a whole banana per one egg or half?
