Hi PT. No I haven't, but that is what attracted me to your recipe. You

could either pan fry it to a nice golden brown or quite possibly even dip it

into some batter.

You are very welcome. I was actually thinking of the Texan

folks here when I saw this recipe. So have you ever done

at suggested thing in the recipe where it mentioned chilling

the grits in a bread loaf pan and then slicing off to fry?

I found that idea intriguing, and yes, I suppose one could

serve it many different side sauces; very cool. :)

 

I may become a grits convert yet. *lol*
