sorry i should have worded it better. what i meant was, aren't the

detonation devices used for land mines unique from the ones used for

other detonations? that is, isn't motorola fully aware that the

detonation devices they sold to cambodia exclusively used for land

mines? or can detonation devices be used interchangably whether it

is a land mine or dynamite , etc.?
