Guest guest
I live in sunny Grants Pass! I love bigfoot hunting (with a camera, of course) in Cave Junction. Cool little town. Lots of rascals living out there! *lol* You know, I can't find any TVP sold around here in bulk. I have to buy it sold in more expensive vegetarian brand packages like those from Yves or Morningstar Farms etc. However, the uses for these products are endless. Basically anything in my recipe files that calls for beef or ground meat; and I use it straight... don't add anything but seasonings. My meat-eating family members like it just fine. Hamburger is so scarey with all of the tainted recalls etc that my husband was ready to give it up anyway, so that helped as far as its exceptance. ~ PT ~ Danger and delight grow on one stalk. ~ English Proverb ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> , " Sheila <anut@c...> " < anut@c...> wrote: > PT > > If I could would call Cave Junction home.
