Same Letter?

If they receive literally tens of thousands of letters each year asking a

basic set of questions, it'd be stupid of them not to develop a

boilerplate response that answers the basic same questions so they can

send out automated replies that both foster better public relations and

also address the concerns of consumers.

I see this as good business, as professionalism.

tis true, can you imagine the amount of money and time they'd waste

by retyping the same answer again and again. i just find it

laughable how they try to personalize it by inserting your name in

the heading... they might as well put " dear tree-hugging soy fag " .

Here's more info that might generate additional laughter.

It's likely that your letter was optically scanned. Based on the keywords

it found, that " file, " yet unseen by human eyes, was forwarded to a bank of

autoresponders which then " genned " your particular response. It's highly

likely that your letter/email is kept on file, and no one actually reads it

until they need it for some " humane " purpose.

To get the " dear tree-hugging soy fag " response, you need only to include

the proper " fag related " keywords in your initial letter. ;-)
