Guest guest Posted February 11, 2003 Report Share Posted February 11, 2003 Prairie Fire Dip 1 can (16 oz) refried beans 1/2 cup provolone cheese 2 Tbs butter or margarine, optional 1 Tbs finely minced onion 1 garlic clove, minced 2 to 3 tsp chili powder Dash of hot pepper sauce Large corn chips In a saucepan, combine the beans, cheese, butter if desired, onion, garlic, chilipowder and hot sauce. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve with corn chips. Yield: 1 3/4 cups. ~ feral ~ The whole secret of existence is to have no fear.
