Guest guest Posted February 11, 2003 Report Share Posted February 11, 2003 Vegetarian Bacon 'n' Egg Sandwiches 1/2 cup sour cream 8 slices bread 4 green onions, chopped 4 slices process American cheese 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into 1/4 inch slices 8 vegetarian bacon strips, cooked crisp 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened Spread sour cream on one side of four slices of bread. Top with onions, cheese, egg slices and veggie bacon strips. Top with remaining bread. Butter outsides of sandwiches; cook in a large skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Yield: 4 servings ~ feral ~ Every man is a damned fool for at least five minutes every day.
