have been a vegitarian since i was 5 years old,,im now 37,, i live

I'm happy to meet you - where in Australia are you? We lived in Sydney

for some 25 years until 1999 . . . You'll find this a friendly group -

and they have some great recipes and lots of information on nutrition,
