I used up the rest of the soy sausage tonite, making the sausage swiss

biscuits posted by P_T awhile ago

Again, yummy. My carnivorous roommate gobbled up several. I'm hoping

they microwave well, so I can grab one for breakfast on the way out the

door in the morning.

 

P_T, thank you for the work you do putting recipes into the files

section. I use it a LOT. It's a wonderful reference.

Aren't they good? I am glad you are making use of the files. To me it

is like an

online cookbook. I use it all the time when plotting out a weekly

menu and

just to get inspired.

 

Just don't reheat them too long in the microwave. Less is more or

else they

get tough. Another thing I do when warming breads is to place a small

dish

or cup of warm water in the microwave while heating. Seems to add

moisture

to the item and keeps it from getting dried out. I have an 850 watt

waver ( I

think) and I will heat one muffin for 15 seconds tops.
