Guest guest Posted February 6, 2003 Report Share Posted February 6, 2003 Broccoli With Mustard Sauce 4 Tbs water, divided 1 Tbs butter or margarine, melted 1 Tbs brown sugar 1 Tbs Dijon mustard 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets (4 cups) 1 Tbs olive oil In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon water, butter, brownsugar and mustard; set aside. In a skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli in oil for 1 minutes; add remaining water. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add mustard sauce and toos to coat. Yield: 4 servings Nutiritional analysis: One serving (prepared with reduced-fat margarine) equals 83 calories, 148 mg sodium, 0 cholesterol, 7 gm carbohydrate, 2 gm protien, 6 gm fat, 2 gm fiber.
