Guest guest Posted February 4, 2003 Report Share Posted February 4, 2003 Onion Cheese Biscuits 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 Tbs butter or margarine, melted 1 & 1/2 cups biscuit-baking mix * 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 Tbs poppyseeds In a bowl, combine milk, egg and butter. Add biscuit mix, 1/2 cup cheese and onion. Spoon into six greased muffin cups. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
