Guest guest
In our quest to find interesting sandwich ideas to pack into lunchboxes for school, my daughter and I came across this one. According to her it is quite yummy. We added the lemon juice to keep the apples from turning brown before she could eat it; my kids hate that. *lol* Peanut Butter Wrap 2 Tbs peanut butter 1 whole wheat flour tortilla (10 inch size) 1/2 cup chopped apple, with peel 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp brown sugar, packed 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1. Spread the peanut butter with the knife on the tortilla. Toss apple with lemon juice. Scatter the apple on the peanut butter. 2. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon with a spoon in a cup. Srinkle over the apple. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour. Makes 1 wrap. ~ PT ~ Why do people in churches seem like cheerful, brainless tourists on a packaged tour of the Absolute? ~ Annie Dillard, " Teaching a Stone to Talk "
