I confess I've never tried any of the meat subs except for Yves links, but I shall certainly get some and try your sauce. We usually make up our own meat-less sauce and then freeze it. We add fresh(er) stuff to it on defrost, such as green bell peppers/capsicums, while the spaghetti cooks. We also sometimes add TVP that has been reconstituted in veg stock and other flavourings. What we are doing, in effect, is cooking the damn stuff *twice*. Your recipes avoids all that ;=) Thanks - shall do. And how nice to be able to have it cook while you're *not* watching the pot.
