Nothing in 10/02 changed our constitution or its legal standing. Those unfortunate events only highlited the level of disrespect certain " so called " leaders in this country have for its standards and the precedence of law it evokes. " The law of the land " is an unusual creature. Until challenged, it is what pretty much what anyone says it is...
