Digest replies... no recipes, just chatter and a limmerick

Allison is right, I never lie about limmericks. *lol*

I composed this one for group posting situations and shared it once

already

elsewhere. I think it fits rather well as advice in any e-group that

I have been

member of:

 

When a group member becomes a bore,

It is best just to simply ignore,

Though they stomp and they stamp,

They just get themselves damp,

And the cool folks avoid the flame-war.

 

Welcome franknspice. I am glad you joined us. We aren't a " slow "

group, but

boring is a matter of opinion and personal preference. I'll leave

that

judgement up to you. I hope you will enjoy it here. There are many

recipes in

the files section. We average about 5 postings of new recipes a day.

The rest,

in my opionion mind you, is rather busy but not boring. My only

adivce is if

you don't like getting a lot of emails, switch your settings to

digest.

 

Evil dictators cannot be peaceniks? That is bad news, I think. Though

I am

still fuzzy on what a peacenik is. I might prefer to become one of

them

instead of an evil dictator. Congratulations, Dave, on your award. I

am kind of

jealous, everyones dinner was so much lovelier than mine. Next time I

am

going to skip the BKVeggie and wait until I get home to fix myself

something

worthy.

 

Allison, that BK experience was aweful. I bet if you didn't order it

through a

drive-thru, you would have marched in there to complain to the

management,

right? I know I would have. *lol*

 

Sherri, your throw-together " lazy " dinners put me to shame. You rock

in the

kitchen. Bravo!
