Guest guest
Now *petitions* especially of the nature just posted are the kind of off-topic (i.e. off *vegetarian* topic) things I really would have no objection to receiving. I get my messages in a digest now - because of all the off-topic posts - and found it didn't clog up my mailbox much at all. I also receive petitions from other lists. Why should it be okay that we scroll through loads and loads of untheorized bunkum but have something really worthwhile prohibited? Okay ;=) I know - you envisage silly petitions, a thousand a day, on silly issues. Okay, sorry, silly of me ;=) But thanks to the person who did send the anti-war petition. After all, it affects us all - even the non-vegetariums on the list. peace, pat - canada > No more online petitions posted to the group.
