I was wondering what results you've had when using these for baking?

Thanks.

I've used veg margarine in biscuits (usually do a big batch for Christmas

of a dozen or so different flavours) and they worked fine, I even had alot

of omnivores ask me for the recipe and one person actually thought they

were butter cookies! Also seems to be okay in icing mixes. In other things

(such as browning onions for savory dishes) I prefer to use plain olive

oil.

Thanks for the info, Lisa. I will have to try some of that out in my

baking.
