Rose,

 

Benecol is good, as is another brand my wife prefers, which is less than

Benecol's 65% vegetable oil. The thing to avoid is animal fats,

(saturated fats), and trans-fatty acids.

 

Benecol was recommended to me by my doctor to lower my triglycerides.
