It's saturated fat and cholesterol in butter that makes it dangerous to

our health.

 

Most margarines are even worse, as they are made of hydrogenated oils, the

dreaded trans-fatty acids, etc.

 

Best to use is Benecol, which is over 60% vegetable oil and entirely

cholesterol and sat fat free. It actually lowers your triglycerides, etc.
