Interesting...but very old news!

 

This info about antioxidants and specific amino acids (i.e., the components

parts of protein) have been applied in nutritional research for at least 20

years. While I don't have the exact source readily available, I believe

this affect of blood vessels protection is actually a replication of another

larger study.
