Guest guest
The term " local " is used in Hawaii to say the thing being described is local to the islanders there. I got this recipe from a friend in Palolo Valley who was a local gal. If you like kim chee you will love this type of quesedias. Kim chee was an aquired taste for me, but now I love the stuff. Local Quesedias 1 flour tortilla Mozzarella or Jack cheese Kim Chee, cut in strips Place cheese and kim chee on tortilla. You can either bake open-faced or folded in half, until cheese melts. You can use any kind of cheese you prefer. Cooks up really fast in a toaster oven. ~ feral ~ God, to me, it seems, is a verb, not a noun, proper or improper. ~ R.
