Guest guest Posted January 23, 2003 Report Share Posted January 23, 2003 By tablespoon butter gives you 100 calories, sour cream 25 calories but this topping is only 10 calories; it is so easy to make and tastes great. 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 1 Tbs skim milk 2 Tbs lemon juice Place ingredients in a blender or food processor. Whip until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve over baked potatoes with some chopped green onions or a sprinkle of herb mix. This can also be used as a salad dressing or dip. Add chives to this to make it even healthier for you. I was reading some interesting health benefits about those delicious pungent greens. I am certainly going to put more in my garden this spring.
