They've eaten soy for ages and, as Daveo recently pointed out, Okinawa, where they have the highest rates of good health into old age, as well as the most centenarians, actually eats even more soy than the folks of Honshu or Hokkaido. So basically, no, soy isn't dangerous. That is Meathead propaganda.
