Last Night's Stir Fry

mmm, sounds good.

 

Last Night's Meal -- (served five)

 

make five cups Jasmine rice, (very good flavor), separately

 

as you make stir-fry, stir each ingredient in as you add it to keep things

mixed

 

heat 2 to 4 Tbspns olive oil in wok

 

add 5 cloves of diced garlic, sautée

 

add a dozen or so green onions, chopped

 

sprinkle with black pepper

 

add 2 6 oz packages of Lightlife Smart Menu Steak-Style strips.

(www.lightlife.com) These are TVP and Vegan.

 

add half a sliced or diced Bell pepper

 

add a package of frozen Oriental Style beans & veggies

 

splash on some Lite soy sauce

 

add seasonings to taste -- we like a touch of oregano to brighten it, and

some rosemary to sweeten it a touch

 

Serve immediately over rice, using one cup rice and two cups stir-fry

mixture per serving.

 

Easy, and very tasty.
