This is a no-fuss dish. Wonderful when served on a bed of brown rice

and

with a few creative dipping sauces.

 

Vegetable Stir-Fry

 

Heat 2 Tbs of oil (preferably olive oil with a few dashes of sesame

oil) in a

wok. Add 1/2 cup each of sliced fresh mushrooms, onions and any four

of

your favorite vegetables, sliced or diced. Stir over moderate heat

for about

four minutes. Mix in 1 Tbs water and 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce, cover,

and

cook a few more minutes, until tender crisp.
