A nice dipping sauce for fried tofu, vegetables or veggie dumplings.

 

Ginger-Miso Sauce

 

1/4 cup miso (soy bean paste)

1/4 cup Mirin (Japanese rice liquor)

1 Tbs fresh ginger, grated

1 1/2 tsp sugar

 

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
