Shoyu-Daikon Sauce

Here is another. The longer it sits and you let the flavors combine,

the better it

tastes. Of course, don't leave it for a week; that would be silly. ;P

 

Shoyu-Daikon sauce

 

2 Tbs shoyu

1/4 cup daikon/ radish, grated

 

Combine ingredients and mix well. Let stand for a couple of hours for

a

zestier flavor. Makes 2 to 3 servings
