Guest guest
Quite right, but a diet that advocates eating only 15 grams of carbs per day or fewer leaves no room whatsoever for anything healthy, such as fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Which is my beef with it, ahem. On Monday, January 20, 2003, at 01:22 PM, wrote: > I don't personally practice the Atkins diet because it seeks goals that I > don't seek for myself. She says your " 15 g of carbo per day " is a big misrepresentation (not her words but I'll go with them for now). She says that she eats much more than that in at least three and sometimes five meals a day. So, I ask where's that number from?
