Quite right, but a diet that advocates eating only 15 grams of carbs per

day or fewer leaves no room whatsoever for anything healthy, such as

fruits, veggies, and whole grains.

 

Which is my beef with it, ahem.

I just got off the phone with one of my Atkins Diet friends. She says your

" 15 g of carbo per day " is a big misrepresentation (not her words but I'll

go with them for now). She says that she eats much more than that in at

least three and sometimes five meals a day.

 

So, I ask where's that number from?
