Guest guest Posted January 17, 2003 Report Share Posted January 17, 2003 2 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 cup powdered soy milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon sugar substitute 6 Tablespoons margarine substitute of your choice 1 egg equivilant substitute 1/2 cup ice water 1 cup pureed cooked green vegetables or carrots 6 Tablespoons whole wheat or rye kernels Combine flour, milk , salt ,garlic powder, and sugar,. Cut in margarine substitute until mixture resembles cornmeal. Mix in egg ,vegetable puree and wheat or rye kernels. Mix then add enough Ice water to make a ball. Pat dough to 1/2 inch thick on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter or biscuit cutter and Bake on Cookie sheet for 25 Minutes at 375. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack As with all the dog recipes when you roll out dough the scrapes can be rerolled so you have no loss.
