Guest guest
Is there any essential types of food I should have in my kitchen? As I normally just have fruit and veg. Guest guest
Hi Tracey, welcome to the group, and you have come to the right place. Look in our files section and in there are a lot of delicious smoothie recipes. You can also use those as a muse for your own creations. As far as essential food items, I am sure to keep my pantry stocked with the basics (flour, nuts and nut butters, dried beans, rice, spices, baking supplies etc). The rest I buy as I need them in recipes (fresh fruits, vegetables, tofu; basically anything that spoils quickly). I recently bought myself a small food processor and I love it for chopping up my onions, peppers, and all my veggies. Good to have you with us. I look forward to reading your posts. ~ Feral ~ Love is never lost. Once in a while we throw in a frozen banana. Throw it in the blender and YUM! Robin in NC
