Anyway, Chef Deb of the Vegsource recipe board posted this recipe I thought y'all would like to have: Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 1/2 cup canned oyster mushrooms, drained (or other mushrooms, if not available) 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 Tbs sugar Put all in blender or processor.
