Yes, that's the diet and exercise program that I'm talking about, but I know it as The Pritikin Program for Diet and Exercise, and by The Reversing Diet in Dr. Deane Ornish's book Reversing Heart Disease. Some people call it the caveman diet. It's what people were eating before we fermented alcohol, refined sugar, had to walk and hunt and gather our own food.
