Robin,

 

No, fat is not fat. There are different kinds and some actually help the

body. Polyunsaturated are good for you. It's saturated fats to avoid.

And trans-fatty acids. And anytime the label says HYDROGENATED or

PARTIALLY HYDROGENATED, drop it and RUN.

 

You're quite right, we need the good stuff.
