mushroom soy sauce

I noticed a couple posts that said something about mushroom soy sauce

and we absolutely love it at our home. I use Healthy Boy Brand and

get it in these big bottles from a local Asian grocery store for just

a lil over $2. I don't think I've even purchased any Kikkomann after

finding this stuff. I used some tonight in a marinade for stir-fry

and I always use it in place of regular soy sauce for Chinese food.

Guess now I'll try using it in place of fish sauce in Thai food. I

love Thai!

Thanks, Karen ;=) I look at some of these products and, in an attempt

*not* to fill my kitchen with bottles and jars of stuff I'll never use

again, I tend to stick to the tried and true. (As: if I want mushroom

flavour, add mushrooms - but how often do we do that in a hurry!) I

don't use Kikkoman either (although it has its place I'm sure) - but

next time I'm out shopping - tomorrow morning - I'll pick up some

mushroom soy. Thanks for the tip.
