Guest guest
This recipe, when I read it, contained butter. I just veganized (sp) it by using olive oil instead, and it was a delicious side dish. Paprika Potatoes and Beans (vegan) 1/2 lb. medium red potatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces 2 cups frozen cut green beans 3 Tbs olive oil 1/2 tsp salt or garlic salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/4 tsp paprika Place potatoes in a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8 minutes. Add beans; cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes longer until potatoes and beans are tender. Drain. Combine butter, salt, pepper and paprika; drizzle over potatoes and gently stir to coat.
