When I'm really watching my weight (like now after the holidays) I alternate between vegetarian and vegan days. In general I try to avoid cheesy/eggy dishes for health reasons but it's easy for them to creep into my diet. Thus, having vegan Tue, Thurs, and Sat really helps me and my waist-line Maybe this is something some of you would like ta try before committing to Atkins dieting. karen One of my fav quotes from the Simpsons: " I'm a fifth level vegan.
