Guest guest
Namaste. Yes, when we went veggie people thought we'd die, or waste away, or otherwise ruin our health. Quite the contrary, of course. And our families were never terribly supportive, but it wasn't their problem. You're right, they worry out of love and out of being misinformed all their lives. Brainwashed, as the excellent posthumous George Harrison CD is called. As to the Vegan thing, the only ones I've known to stir things up are new converts intent on crusading to make themselves feel better, and anti-vegetarians who somehow construe a political stance from personal dietary choices. In either case, it's their problem, not yours. Be well. In thinking, keep to the simple. In = conflict, be fair and generous. In governing, don't try to control. In work, do what you enjoy. In family life, be completely present. ~ Tao Te Ching
