Guest guest
I tend to agree. I don't mind the occassional large public display, but the free- for-all that is legal fireworks purchasing here in my state gets to be a bit much during July 4th. My friend's male Welsh Corgi (sp) dog died of a heart attack last July 4th due to his fear of the pop-pop-pop; quite sad. My Jack Russel Terriers are not fans of them either, and now I worry they may suffer the same fate and try to shield them from the sounds as much as possible. ~ Feral ~ No man is useless who has a friend, and if we are loved we are indispensable. -Robert Louis Stevenson, novelist, essayist, and poet (1850-1894) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> , Sant & Brown <santbrown@l...> wrote: > At the risk of sounding like a total spoilsport I'll say that I > absolutely *hate* fireworks - they always seem to be an assault.
