I'd suggest you don't do this, as it's harmful to the body. High pro low

carb diets puts you into ketosis, which can be fatal if taken too far.

 

Read up on the many warnings and detriments of Atkins. Seriously, it's

bad stuff.

For those of you who want to get direct and personal feedback about calorie

restriction from those actually doing it, check out this list. I've been a

member of the group for over a year, and I find the email info to be devoid

of most of the usual hype. Oh, by the way, the list generates about a 1,000

emails a month.

My conclusion is that calorie restriction is only as dangerous as your lack

of info about how to do it correctly.
