I want to second the comments on exercise. I've

noticed that I feel good when I get thirty minutes or

more, 5 days per week, of aerobic exercise. Thirty

minutes or more 5 days per week of pushing and

pulling, lifting exercising muscles keeps the aches

and pains out of the bones and joints.
