best bread machine recipe

I found this recipe in one of those country cooking magazines... most

of the recipes are not very healthy, but this one... it is easy, yummy

and healthy! In fact, it is my favorite bread machine recipe... I like

it so much, I get all the ingredients and make up mix bags and keep

them in the freezer so that it's really easy to make later on! Hope you

all like it!

The Greatest bread machine bread recipe

 

1 c. water

2 T. vegetable oil

2 egg yolks

1/4 c. molasses

1 t. salt

1 1/2 c. bread flour

1 c. whole wheat flour

1/2 c. rye flour

1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder

1/4 c. quick cooking oats

1/4 c. toasted wheat germ

1/4 c. cornmeal

2 1/4 t. active dry yeast

 

Set for basic bread. Yield 2 lb. loaf
