What was your favorite gift?

I got a vegetarian cookbook from my Gram. She mailed me the box weeks

ago, but I forced myself to wait to open it until yesterday. I have

been having

fun looking through it and choosing what recipes I want to try.

 

It is called 'Vegetarian and Vegetable Cooking : the difinitive

encyclopedia of

healthy vegetarian food', by: Christine Ingram. It looks really

promising and

even had a section of pesco-vegetarian recipes for those who still

eat fish on

occassion. I think I can safely say this is my favorite Christmas

gift so far; I

love cookbooks.
