Hi, my name is Marie and I live in the Netherlands. My husband and I

are

both vegetarians me for about 18 years and my husband for over 40

years. I

moved to Holland from Australia 4 years ago and I am still having

trouble

chasing elusive ingredients here. I lreally enjoy cooking and I also

have a

good collection of vegetarian recipe books as I love

reading/developing

recipes. When I left Australia to come here my 'farewell gift' to

many

friends was a vegetarian recipe book I compiled from recipes they had

shared

with me. The 60+ contributors included childhood friends, colleagues,

relatives etc. many of whom didn't know each other so I included a

mini-biography of ewach contributor. I am now working on a bilingual

collection of recipes from our many Dutch friends.

Hi Marie,

 

I'm new on this list too - well, aren't we all, more or less ;=) I'm

pat, and my husband and I have been veggie for about 18 or twenty years.

We have been here in London, Ontario, for just over three years. Before

that we too were in Australia, about twenty-five years in Sydney, and

before that - but never mind ;=)

 

Good luck with your cookbook project - it sounds grrrrreat!!!
