Genie Roasted red pepper, artichoke and black olive dip 1-14oz can of drained artichoke hearts 1 small garlic 1C drained roasted red peppers from a 15oz jar 11/2Cblack olives 2 green onions chopped 2T chopped basil 1T balsamic vinegar Chop artichoke hearts and garlic in a processor. Add peppers,olives,onion,and basil and blend until a coarse paste forms. Add vinegar and blend until combined. Season with salt and pepper. New DSL Internet Access from SBC & http://sbc.
