like the Genie, prefer recipes instead of a lot of conversation. That is my

preference and I stated that I've learned a lot from some of it. I have

received many e-mails in one day with just conversation and noooooooooo recipes.

I've never complained about that cause it's called respect and consideration

that I'm not the only one in this group who has to have her way.

I wasn't sure who this question was directed to. If it was to me, I

might have used the expression " AB " as that's my blood type. I find

I'm a good deal healthier and have a lot less pain if I adhere to

the blood type food lists created by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. You can

find them here:

http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~sshapiro/ER4YT/FoodLists_TOC.html

Scroll down and select your race, then your blood type. What I did

was to immediately stop eating all the foods on Page 4 (the " avoid "

list). Within a few days I couldn't believe the difference in how I

felt! The older you are and the worse you feel, the more

improvement you're likely to experience, btw. He says that eating

those no-no foods over a lifetime is cumulative in the damage it

does. It works for me and for a lot of folks I know... helping with

things like heartburn, acid reflux, heart palpitations, fibromyalgia

pain, fatigue, allergy symptoms, arthritis, back/neck pain, etc.,

etc., etc.

After I'd forsaken my Avoid foods for about a month, I experimented

with adding each one back, one at a time. You get symptoms from

your foods for three days after eating them, btw. I found out

exactly what each food did to my body, which was great to know.

I've stuck with these lists for several years now. If I " fall off

the wagon " I really know the difference.

If you've never tried it, it's a good thing to put on your TO DO

list.

A.B. is the name of someone on this list. That was a

question in reply to a reply from A.B. to J.C.

Confused? You won't be, next time on Soap.
