Guest guest Posted December 13, 2002 Report Share Posted December 13, 2002 Vegetable Cheese Tortellini 1 package (16 oz) frozen California blend vegetables, thawed 1 package (9oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini 1/2 cup sharp cheddar or swiss cheese spread 2 Tbs milk 1/4 tsp pepper In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Stir in vegetables and tortellini. Return to a boil; cook for 3 minutes or until tortellini is tender and vegtables are cooked. Meanwhile in a small saucepan, combine cheese spread, milk and pepper. Cook over low heat until heated through. Drain tortellini mixture and otss with cheese sauce. Yield: 4 servings ~ P_T ~ God, to me, it seems, is a verb, not a noun, proper or improper. ~ R.
