Guest guest
I don't sound too excited to I? LOLOL It's 6:50 PM and in a few hours my daughters will be home and I can't wait. LOL Anyrate to answer emails now. I'm SO far behind. I have over a 100 to read over. Well at least I don't have to answer them all, just more or less read them that's all. SO I FINALLY have a name of what I am as a Vegetarian. I'm an OVO LACTO Veggie. YYYEEESSS!!!! LOLOL Thanks Allison, you made my night. WOW Genie that Oatmeal Cookies sound so simple. That's so cool. How about chocolate chips or raisins? Can one add that? I have added this before but here is a website if you want to look into it. www.tasteofhealth.org There might be something that will interest you all. Oh Shawn, DON'T YOU DARE SHUT YOUR MOUTH. LOLOL You have about as much right to gab as I do or anyone else. Heehee. Anyrate to answer your question about animals at zoos. Now I don't want anyone to go and bite my head off just because I feel this way, okay? But I personally do like going to zoos and seeing the different animals. Reason being is that There are some animals I would not normally see in the wild cause I won't be going to that country where they are, like the apes, or lions and what have you. Now I do know that there is a place where animals run free and the people are in cages to observe them. Not sure where that is. But as long as the animal has a lot of room to move around and is not be abused I feel that it is alright to have them in a cage or something so that children can see them and many others can see them and imagine that they are at that country seeing them for the first time. Like I said that's me so please I BEG of you. Don't bite, chew or even nibble my head off. LOL Take care now and nighters to you all. Sweet dreams and don't let any bed bugs bite. Heehee. Guest guest
JC, the excitement you exhibit about your daughter's homecoming is quite endearing. I can't help but smile and think awwww... how sweeet! Btw, for future reference I/m USU never one to bite someone's head off! I do, however, understand your apprehension in posting. If anything, I was concerned someone would lash out at my opinion since I knew it dinna go along w. the majority of posts concerning the subject. Luckily, this group has been wonderful. I've always thoroughly enjoyed differences in opinion, and was glad to see such diversity in thought here. " Now I do know that there is a place where animals run free and the people are in cages to observe them. " This sounds like such fun!! I can scuba dive and have always wanted to do something like they do on The Discovery Channel... be the person in the cage when the shark is attacking and grabbing the bars with its teeth. I knew a woman who got the best present on her 40th b'day. She went for a dive and was able to 'catch a ride' with a hump backed whale' for well over a mile. So cool. These type of whales are somewhat rare, and it just let her approach and touching it. She held on to one of its fins and it swam in the same area slowly doing circles and stuff. Then it began increasing its speed and was going basically straight for a while. she let go during some point b/c she thought it might be trying to get rid of her..but nope!! When the whale realized she had let go, it swam back along side her and dinna continue until she grabbed on to the same fin. It went very fast in roughly a straight line. (She had to surface due to the air in her tank) She estimated it took her bout a mile, but she was more than a couple miles away from the boat. I can't even imagine. Guest guest
Jeanne, it's wonderful that you're excited about your girls coming home. I felt the same way when my kids were in college, so I can identify! What are you going to feed them? Melinda
